How to Use the Email Signature Generator
Follow these simple steps to create and set up your email signature in Outlook:
Fill Out the Form:
Enter your Name.
Enter your Title.
Enter your Email Address.
Enter your Phone Number in the format: +61 4xx xxx xxx.
Generate Your Signature:
Click the "Generate Signature" button.
Your customized email signature will appear in the preview section below the form.
Copy Your Signature:
Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button. This will copy the entire signature, including all formatting, to your clipboard.
Add Signature to Outlook:
Open Outlook.
Go to
File>Options>Mail>Signatures.In the
Email Signaturetab, clickNewto create a new signature.Give your signature a name, then paste the copied signature into the
Edit signaturebox by pressingCtrl+V(or right-click and selectPaste).Ensure that the formatting is correct. If needed, adjust any text or images directly in the editor.
Click
OKto save your new signature.
Set Default Signature:
In the
Choose default signaturesection, select your new signature forNew messagesandReplies/forwardsif desired.Click
OKto save your changes and close the dialog.
Use Your New Signature:
Your new email signature is now ready to use! Every time you create a new email or reply to one, your signature will automatically be appended.
